At Tots World, we’re all about creating memorable experiences for your little ones, and what could be more special than their birthday? With our wide variety of party packages designed to suit every taste and budget, you can rest assured that your child’s birthday will be a day to remember.
1. Economy Package
Our Economy Package gives you exclusive use of our party room. This package costs £10 per child. For food, you have the flexibility to purchase from our café on the day of the party or pre-order.
2. Premium Package
With our Premium Package, you get the party room all to yourself and a delightful snack bag for each child. These include a ½ sandwich, yoghurt, raisins, and fruit. This package costs £140 for 10 children.
3. First-Class Package
If you’re looking for a more elaborate spread, consider our First-Class Package. With this, you have exclusive use of our party room, along with a generous finger buffet. Your little ones will enjoy cheese cubes, ham, raisins, veggie sticks, crisps, party biscuits, and a choice between bread & butter or pitta & humous. Plus, there’s a choice of sausage rolls or cocktail sausages. Prices vary based on the day of the week and the number of children.
4. Business Class Package
For a truly exclusive party, we offer our Business Class Package. Here, you get the main soft play area and seating to yourself. Prices vary based on the day of the week and whether food is included or not.
Party Timings
At Tots World, we ensure that our party timings are suited to your convenience. Depending on the party package you choose, we have different timings set out for your party:
1. Economy / Premium / First Class (Non-Exclusive)
If you have chosen one of our non-exclusive packages (Economy, Premium, or First Class), you can book your party on weekdays or on Saturday. The available slots are:
- Weekday: 10am-12pm or 12pm-2pm
- Saturday: 10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm
2. Business Class (Exclusive)
For those opting for our exclusive Business Class package, we offer the opportunity to have the main soft play and seating area all to yourselves. The timings for this package are:
- Weekdays: 4pm-6pm
- Saturdays: 3pm-5pm
- Sundays: 10:30am-12:30pm or 2pm-4pm
Please note that for all non-exclusive parties, you cannot bring your own food. We can cater for allergies, and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. Party Extras to Add More Sparkle to Your Celebration
Every great party is unique, and at Tots World, we give you the chance to customize your child’s birthday bash to make it a truly remarkable day. Our Party Extras cater to diverse interests and can be mixed and matched to suit your needs.
1. Mascot
Our Mascot is always a hit with the kids, making their fantasy come alive. This extra costs between £30-£40 and includes a 20-minute appearance. The friendly mascot will meet and greet the birthday boy/girl and their guests, offering plenty of photo opportunities.
2. Bouncy Castle
For a high-energy party, consider adding a Bouncy Castle to your package. At a cost of £50, the castle will be set up in our garden play area for the duration of the party, providing endless fun for the kids. If you’d like to extend the bounce time, you can do so for an additional £30 for 1 hour after the party has ended.
3. Ice Cream Bowls
No party is complete without a sweet treat! Our Ice Cream Bowls are the perfect way to wrap up the party. Each bowl costs £2 and comes with 2 scoops of delicious ice cream, plus a crispy wafer and sauce.
4. Tots Disco
If your child loves to dance, our Tots Disco extra will turn their party into a mini dance festival. At a cost of £50 for non-exclusive packages and £75 for exclusive ones, the disco includes dancing, colourful lights, bubbles, a snow machine, and party games.
