About Us - Tots World

Welcome to Tots World! A place of imagination, creativity, and endless fun. Tots World is more than just a soft play area – it’s a world of wonder, exploration, and learning through play.

Friends from day one…

Well maybe not day one but it didn’t take long. After meeting at NCT antenatal sessions, our friendship has blossomed. The experience of having children together and watching them grow into great friends has created a unique bond between us.

We went to lots of different groups and classes with our little ones from when they were just a few weeks old. We really saw the value in the stimulation our children got and the social time for us… it keeps you sane! We’ve used our own experiences to bring all the best bits to you in our classes and now to your living room with our home hire kits.

We decided to change our lives.

We don’t have a degree in education, and we aren’t experts in early childhood. We are “just” mums who wanted to start something for ourselves and for our children.

We had an initial idea and then in the evening, over coffee and whenever we could grab a moment, we have developed our classes and the activities. After many months, we are ready to take off and cannot wait to share everything with you.

In addition to our classes, we wanted to support our fellow mums by offering a contactless home delivery option when your little ones can enjoy travelling the world in the comfort of your own homes. Read more!

Our story began two years ago when we launched Tots World as a unique role-play class. The concept was simple yet powerful: eight different sections, each representing a unique country. Each section was outfitted with toys, books, and role play sets related to its country, creating an immersive experience. Children would embark on an imaginary journey around the world, traveling from station to station, soaking in the culture, the customs, and the joy of each ‘country’.

Our story took another exciting turn when we were presented with the opportunity to take over the management of The Barn at Walton Hall Farm, a café with a soft play structure inside a barn unit. Embracing this opportunity, we integrated Tots World role-play into the existing soft play centre, bringing together the best of both worlds. The result? An overwhelming success!

Today, Tots World at Walton Hall Farm offers not just a fantastic play area for your children, but also an extensive menu for the whole family, boasting excellent coffee and delightful culinary treats. Our events for children are second to none, offering a variety of unique and engaging experiences.

What do we offer?

Soft Play Area

Our safe and vibrant soft play area is the perfect setting for children to enjoy physical play, regardless of the weather outside. With different levels to explore, obstacles to navigate, and slides to enjoy, the soft play area is a fun way to encourage active play and develop gross motor skills.

Role Play Sets

Imagination comes to life in our unique role play sets, each representing a different country. Here, children can travel the world in a day, immersing themselves in diverse cultures through imaginative play. The role play sets provide an enriching environment that promotes cognitive development, creativity, and social skills.

Café

After all the fun and adventure, relax and refuel at our café. Serving a range of delicious and nutritious snacks and beverages, our café caters to both little appetites and grown-up ones too. It’s the perfect spot for a cozy break, a quick catch-up with other parents, or just to unwind with a good cup of coffee while the children play.

Outside Play Area

When the weather is fine, our outside play area provides a breath of fresh air. Equipped with safe and fun play structures, this space allows children to explore, run around, and enjoy the great outdoors under a safe and supervised environment.
